| Theory and Characters En masse conveyor is a conveying machine sealed in rectangle box,
which can continuously convey bulk material via its traveling
chain. In conveying, its chain is embedded under material, so it’s
called en masse conveyor”
At horizontal conveying condition, it occurs inner friction inside
of materials for forced by chain’s moving press and material itself
gravity, which friction can maintain material stably running. And
can fully confront outer friction caused by material sliding on
bed, convey materials in a whole and continuous fluid
At vertical lifting, it occurs internal friction inside of
materials caused by chain’s moving direction press and transverse
sidewall press inside of material. At the same time, for continuous
feeding material at lower horizontal section, lower material push
up the upper material which create a pushup power, this power and
the a/m friction can confront the outer friction caused by material
sliding on the bed and itself gravity. So makes material being
continuously lifted into effect. Our en masse conveyor has simple construction, light weight, small
volume and good hermatic, easy for installation and maintenance,
etc advantages it not only can horizontally convey materials, but
also can do vertically and inclined. Materials can be fed and taken
off at multi-points. Its installation can be flexible. With the
application of sealed shop, it has outstanding advantages of
improving worker’s operation and preventing environment polluted at
conveying materials of flying, poisonous, high temperature.
